Finishing up a few from the left coast, hopping back to Brooklyn and finding oldies. Vacation in LA (sister) and SF (newly discovered half-Brother) provided a lot great street art, with mural, stickers, sidewalk stencils and sculptures. Made me wonder about NYC and Brooklyn. (A recent trip of Bushwick shored up my opinions about Brooklyn in a huge way—it’s a bit rougher here, a bit more guerrilla, but solid. That will come up in turn.)
Going back into the vaults, I pulled out a few old samples going back 15 years, to when I didn’t know I was going to do anything with these images other than collect them and share a few with friends. Now, I see there are platforms for showing off the art of the streets in North and South America, Europe and Isreal. Eventually, they will all end up here, in front of your eyes.
I do hope you enjoy seeing them as much as I did capturing them.
